Requirements

Concrete Formwork Craftsmanship & Precision; Form Building & Setting; Blueprint, Layout, Grade & Elevation Reading; Use of Tools & Equipment; Problem‑Solving & Critical Thinking; Safety Awareness; Collaboration & Communication; Planning & Time Management; Commitment to Growth; Previous experience as a concrete carpenter or form builder on commercial construction projects.; Strong skillset in building, setting, bracing, and stripping concrete formwork for slabs, walls, footings, columns, and related structures.; Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, grades, elevations, measurements, and specifications.; Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.; Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding field environment.
