Configuration/Data Manager, Senior

Credence has an immediate need for a Configuration/Data Manager at the Senior level to support the Air Dominance Division, AFLCMC/EBX at Eglin AFB, FL. The Agile Weapons Division, AFLCMC/EBX, has responsibility for delivering weapon capabilities with speed and agility by designing, testing, fielding, producing, and sustaining in an integrated digital environment and manages the Air Force’s leading hypersonic weapons programs. These programs include the Future Hypersonic Program (FYHP), Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW), and the Hypersonic Air-Launched Cruise Missile (HACM). EBX fully leverages Open, Agile and Digital concepts, often from program inception, to shorten acquisition timelines and deliver capabilities at the speed of relevance. This job is onsite at Eglin AFB, FL.

Responsibilities

Apply comprehensive knowledge in development of Net-Ready Key Performance Parameter (NR-KPP) documentation, Information Support Plans (ISPs), Information Assurance Support Plans (IASP), Program Protection Plans (PPP), and DoDAF 2.2 (or later) architecture views; Assist with development of Capability Based Assessments (CBA), Initial Capabilities Documents, Capability Development Documents (CDD), and Capability Production Documents (CPD); Maintain requirements traceability and develop required reports and analyses; Employ CBA data visualization and editing tools to create JCIDS products; Provide support with Digital Modeling, Cameo/SysML functions, Atlassian tools including Confluence/Jira, Acquisition Program Management, Draft Contract Source Selection, Configuration Management, JCIDS, DoDAF, Enterprise Integration, Developmental Planning; Apply knowledge and experience in acquisition program support; Develop and manage program plans, risk management processes and program courses of action; Maintain conformed copies of contracts and monitor weapon system contractor production status; Support development of draft RFPs including systems specifications, SRD, SOO, SOW, CDRLs; Advise and assist with source selection simulations and cost benefit assessments; Assist with planning and management of product baseline configurations; Perform economic, budget, and financial analyses; Prepare briefings and decision support information.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI security clearance; Master's degree in Management and/or Business and seven (7) years of experience in the respective technical/professional disciplines being performed OR bachelor's degree in Management and/or Business and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional disciplines being performed OR associate's degree with fifteen (15) years of experience in the respective technical/professional disciplines being performed; Prior Configuration & Data Management (CM/DM) experience; Willingness to travel if required; In a stationary position 50% of the time; Able to ascend/descend stairs as required; Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs. as needed.
