Contentious Construction Associate

Our international City firm client is on the lookout for a talented Associate (4–7+ PQE) to join its high-performing Contentious Construction & Engineering Team in London. This is your chance to work with a nationally and internationally recognised team on high-value, complex construction disputes – and to help to shape the future of the practice. Responsibilities

Advise major industry players on contentious construction and engineering issues; Handle high-stakes claims involving time, money and defects; Work closely with clients to resolve disputes early and see them through formal proceedings when needed; Collaborate with top-tier colleagues across the UK and globally; Play a key role in business development and growth strategy

Requirements

4-7+ years PQE in Construction & Engineering litigation; Strong academic background; Confident client-handling skills and commercial awareness; Team player who is ready to lead, collaborate and share knowledge; Ambition and drive to contribute to a fast-growing practice
