Controller

Growing organization seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role will oversee a small accounting team, manage multi-entity accounting, and partner closely with leadership on financial reporting, cash flow, and business operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting; Manage accounting for multiple entities and related transactions; Supervise AP, AR, billing, and bank reconciliations; Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses; Coordinate with external accountants and advisors; Drive process improvements and strengthen accounting procedures; Support leadership with financial analysis and operational reporting

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities; Experience with multi-entity accounting and high-volume transactional environments; Strong financial reporting, reconciliation, and analytical skills; Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
