In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

Preparing food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards; Maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment in a high volume, fast paced restaurant and banquets environment

Requirements

At least one year of experience in a culinary position; Ability to obtain food handlers certification; Ability to stand for long periods; Team player; Takes pride in providing guests with exceptional quality items; Keen eye for detail; High quality standards; Flexibility to work different shifts including days, evenings and weekends

Nice to have

Experience in a hotel; Experience in banquets
