Corporate Lawyer

Jameson Legal is working with a leading commercial law firm in the South East with an outstanding reputation for high-quality corporate work. The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join its highly regarded corporate team in Surrey. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of matters, including mid-market M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, restructurings, and general corporate advisory work. Clients include major corporates, private equity-backed businesses, and high-growth companies.
