Responsibilities

Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions and compliance with internal procedures.; Monitor food and beverage costs, consumption, and inventory movements.; Support physical inventory counts, reconcile results, and investigate variances.; Maintain accurate recipe and product costing data.; Prepare periodic reports and support the month-end closing process.; Collaborate with operational teams to reduce waste and improve cost control.

Requirements

A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.; At least 2 years of experience in cost control, inventory accounting, or a relevant finance role.; Sound understanding of costing, inventory control, and variance analysis.; Proficiency in Excel and relevant accounting or inventory management systems.; Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations and knowledge of HRS BO, Micros, or 1C would be an advantage.; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.; Effective organization and deadline management.; Clear communication and a collaborative approach.; Accountability and professional integrity.
