Courtesy Bus Driver - FT

In this role, you’ll be one of the first and last impressions our customers have—playing an important part in creating a positive, stress-free travel experience.

Responsibilities

Transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and the rental car facility; Greet customers; Assist with loading and unloading luggage; Communicate route information and next steps in the rental process; Ensure each ride is comfortable and welcoming; Follow all safety procedures and driving standards; Provide friendly, attentive customer service throughout the journey

Requirements

Valid U.S. driver’s license (chauffeur license may be required depending on location); Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with a diverse group of customers; Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance; Flexibility to work all shifts; Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods; Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States; This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Nice to have

Previous professional driving experience preferred; 6 months customer service experience is a bonus
