Requirements

Minimum five (5) years mechanical equipment repair, troubleshooting, maintaining and building systems experience; High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; Trade school or on the job training with recognized service organization; Specialized skills in any of: HVAC, Electrical, Lighting Controls, Plumbing, Locksmith, Access Controls, Security Systems, Fire Alarm systems, Carpentry, Painting, Drywall repair, computer programming, water damage restoration; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills; Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively; Lift over 50 lbs; Carry 80 lbs a distance of 30 feet; Push/pull over 200 lbs; No licensure required

Nice to have

Over five (5) years of experience in a hospital setting
