Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently; Create a fun, happy, and exciting environment for our customers; Maintain a clean and sanitized store for both team members and customers; Prepare and deliver high-quality products consistently; Develop and apply organizational and inventory management skills; Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism; Multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment; Operate various equipment and technologies within the store; Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during all shifts; Adapt to changing priorities and customer needs with flexibility

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members; Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting change; Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer-first mindset; Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds; Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies; Customer service experience preferred; Excellent multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously; Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively; Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends; High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
