Customer service representative role at Domino's Pizza in Smyrna. Team members take and process customer orders over the phone and in person, help prepare and stock product, handle inventory and paperwork, and keep equipment and the facility clean. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, and orientation and training are provided on the job.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment; Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler; Prepare product; Receive and process telephone orders; Take inventory and complete associated paperwork; Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

Requirements

You must be 16 years of age or older; Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; Must be able to make correct monetary change; Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen; Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds
