Organize daily orders to insure correct on-time shipping.

Communicate with various departments on varying topics related to shipping / warehousing.

Work closing with Planning Team to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and several customer incidents.

Verify availability of material required for shipment completion.

Proactively conduct analysis in warehouse systems to identify reasons behind potential shipment delays and execute corrective actions.

Communicate with warehouse personnel all shipping requirements.

Other workplace considerations

Lifting products / materials up to 40 lbs (weight).

Standing, walking, vending and twisting as required to complete job tasks.

Must be willing to work 1st or 2nd shift and extended hours, including Saturdays as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.; 1+ years of warehousing experience.; 1+ years of customer service experience.; 1+ years of Microsoft office applications experience (word, outlook, excel, etc.); Must be willing to work overtime, same day notice.

Nice to have

Shipping experience.; Proficient in English language (read and write).; Good computer skills and keyboard proficiency.; Excellent communication skills.; Ability to work as part of a Team.; Warehouse management systems such as SAP, AS400, Red Prairie, etc.
