Customer service representative

Responsibilities

Process customer orders, forms, and requests, including product availability, replenishment, pricing, and delivery information.; Manage customer communications related to orders, shipments, invoicing, and general enquiries.; Provide prompt and professional support via phone and email.; Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.; Handle customer complaints and claims in accordance with DENSO policies and procedures.; Support warranty claim and return shipment processes.; Maintain customer master data and create new customer accounts where required.; Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the Sales Team.; Perform corrective actions in customer accounts, pricing, and system data when required.; Participate actively in team meetings, customer meetings, and improvement projects.

Requirements

Higher education degree.; Native English speaker (mandatory).; Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or related field.; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.; Strong customer-oriented mindset.; Good organizational and problem-solving skills.; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.; Experience with ERP Oracle systems is an advantage.
