Responsibilities

Provide and maintain updated information for customers; Perform administrative functions supporting customer service and sales order entries; Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and internal production teams; Maintain accurate records of asset delivery progress and invoicing; Interact collaboratively with production, procurement, and planning teams for customer order follow-up; Resolve customer inquiries and record them efficiently in the support database; Maintain and improve the integrity of data within the company’s primary enterprise resource planning system; Apply continuous improvement principles to daily tasks and processes, enhancing overall efficiency.

Requirements

Associate Degree; 1-3 years of experience working with an enterprise resource planning system; Demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, handling internal customer calls and preparing orders for shipment; Proficiency in general office skills; Ability to work effectively and independently.
