Customer Service Representative

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based upon experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers; Handle incoming calls to determine problems and find solutions; Assist in scheduling service, collecting payment, and updating customer files; Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid; Work in a team atmosphere to meet the service center's monthly goals

Requirements

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; High school diploma or equivalent; Present a professional appearance; Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week; Willing to work minimal overtime as needed
