Responsibilities

Coordinate service appointments and welcome customers professionally.; Develop accurate repair estimates and establish realistic completion timelines.; Communicate repair progress, cost changes, and service recommendations.; Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.; Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while meeting productivity goals.; Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills; Automotive knowledge and/or dealership experience; Professional appearance and work ethic; Work authorization and valid driver's license; Ability to pass pre-employment screenings; Commitment to safe work practices and company policies

Nice to have

ASE certification; Previous dealership experience; Sales experience
