Deli Cook at LONDIS Circular Road Ballina

We are seeking a dedicated Deli Cook to join our team in the Fresh Food Department at LONDIS Circular Road Ballina.

As a Deli Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes for our customers.

The Role:

- Prepare and cook food items in accordance with company recipes and quality standards

- Ensure the freshness and quality of all food products

- Maintain a clean and organised work area

- Assist in monitoring inventory and supplies

- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:; Previous experience in fresh food/deli department would be beneficial; Knowledge in food safety, hygiene and HACCP would be beneficial; Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills; Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative; Professional & polite manner is essential; Committed to continually improving department standards with an attention to detail; Committed to delivering great customer experiences in a busy environment; Enjoys working in a fast paced team environment and with a willingness to embrace new challenges
