Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the Champaign area; Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times; Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent our brand positively at every stop; Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and order confirmations; Inspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly; Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately; Navigate using GPS and map applications to reach destinations efficiently; Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status and any challenges encountered; Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times; Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while driving

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history; Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards; Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes; Strong time management and organizational skills; Excellent customer service and communication abilities; Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile applications; Ability to lift and carry packages safely; Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality; Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours; Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team; A great attitude and genuine smile are essential
