Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner while maintaining accurate delivery records; Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize time management; Communicate clearly with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction; Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure safe, reliable transportation; Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately and securely; Organize and prioritize multiple deliveries throughout your shift, adapting to changing circumstances with resilience; Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety; Provide detailed feedback on delivery attempts and customer interactions to support continuous improvement; Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily delivery goals and operational targets; Represent our brand professionally in all customer-facing situations, building trust and loyalty

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license; Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old, minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older; Access to an insured vehicle in good working condition that can be used for delivery purposes; Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standards; Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset; Excellent time management and organizational abilities; Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules; Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile technology; Physical capability to safely lift and carry deliveries; Professional demeanor and positive attitude; Ability to work flexibly across various shifts and adapt to business demands; Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveries
