Responsibilities

Strategic Planning -> Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, fostering a collaborative environment and establishing a shared vision for project success.; Resource Management -> Manage resource allocations and workload assignments in strict alignment with delivery requirements and projected financial performance.; Ensuring Project Reliability -> Rigorously evaluate plans and dependencies while monitoring estimates, schedules, and deviations to maintain project integrity.; Optimizing Outcomes -> Formulate and propose strategic adjustments to maintain delivery objectives while ensuring customer sign-off on all critical milestones.; Transparent Collaboration -> Foster a professional and transparent environment among all stakeholders, including the delivery team, client, and client partners.; Smart Optimization -> Identify and propose process improvements, cost optimization strategies, and time-saving measures to enhance project efficiency.; Risk & Issue Management -> Proactively identify potential risks and blockers, establish mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution to keep the project on track.; Leadership & Mentoring -> Inspire, motivate, and guide the delivery team, fostering accountability, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Capture, structure, and document knowledge in a systematic way.; Establish processes for knowledge maintenance, governance, and quality assurance.; Analyze and simplify complex information, identifying patterns and dependencies.; Identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvement.; Connect information across topics, teams, and documentation.; Prepare and visualize information in a clear, audience-specific manner.; Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.; Bring together diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration across organizational boundaries.; Process analysis and process improvement; Design and implementation of organizational processes and governance frameworks; Agile ways of working and Agile transformation initiatives; Change management and organizational alignment; Cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams; Strong communication and facilitation skills; Reliable and accountable mindset; Structured and process-oriented thinking; Transparency in communication and decision-making; Ability to influence and drive change across teams; Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach; Strong ownership and follow-through; 7+ years of experience in coordinating complex IT project, including Fixed Price projects .; Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of Project Management methodologies.; Proven ability to identify optimal solutions across diverse contexts, evaluating multiple alternatives, anticipated outcomes, and potential risks.; Strong strategic planning skills and methodology adaptation, combined with team management skills to drive alignment and achieve common objectives.; Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end within scope, budget, and timeline in dynamic environments.; Experience leading cross-functional teams (Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, Architects, etc.).; Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.; Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.; Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result.; Fluent in written and spoken English & German language
