Requirements

We are seeking motivated and skilled Demi Chefs de Partie to join a professional restaurant kitchen in Kuwait. The successful candidate will support the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and daily kitchen operations.; Key Responsibilities; Assist the Chef de Partie with daily food preparation and cooking.; Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen requirements.; Support mise en place and food preparation before service.; Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.; Assist with cooking and plating as instructed by senior chefs.; Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned kitchen section.; Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures.; Store food and ingredients properly.; Monitor and minimize food wastage.; Assist with stock checking and inventory when required.; Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas in clean condition.; Follow instructions from the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen management.; Requirements; Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred.; Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.; Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.; Ability to work effectively as part of a team.; Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.; Good physical fitness and professional presentation.; Minimum height: 5'4".; Preferred age: 21–30 years; experienced candidates above 35 may be considered.; Excellent English communication skills.; Male and female candidates are welcome.
