We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, has great communication skills and is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for our patients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for casual work, with approximately 2–3 days per week.

This is a varied position where you’ll support both the clinical and front-office teams to keep the practice running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Assisting dentists and clinicians during dental procedures.; Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising dental instruments.; Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional experience.; Managing appointments, answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries.; Supporting patient bookings, recalls and general reception administration.; Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.; Helping maintain a clean, organised and welcoming practice.

Requirements

Has dental assisting and/or reception experience, ideally within a dental practice.; Has excellent communication and customer service skills.; Is organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy environment.; Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.; Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.; Is flexible and available to work 2–3 days per week.
