Responsibilities

Support the dentist across a wide range of treatments, ensuring each procedure runs smoothly and efficiently; Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a calm, organised clinical environment; Sterilise instruments and uphold the highest standards of infection control; Contribute to creating a caring, comfortable experience for every patient; Work closely with both the dental and front‑desk teams to keep the practice running seamlessly; Take on a hands‑on, people‑focused role that supports the flow of the entire clinic

Requirements

Previous dental assisting experience is a bonus, but not required (full training provided); Warm, positive attitude with a genuine, team‑focused approach; Ideally some experience in sterilisation and/or customer‑facing roles; Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic; Comfortable using computers and quick to learn new systems; Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
