Dental Receptionist - Alstonville & Lismore

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our teams across Alstonville Family Dental and Maven Dental Lismore .

This is a shared role, giving you the opportunity to work across two welcoming dental practices while enjoying stable, consistent hours of 2–3 days per week .

As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be an important part of the patient experience, helping create a warm and welcoming environment from the moment patients walk through the door.

Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and providing friendly customer service; Managing patient bookings and appointments; Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries; Processing payments and health fund claims; Supporting the dental team with general administrative tasks; Helping ensure the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

Has previous reception or customer service experience; Is friendly, approachable and confident communicating with patients; Is organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks; Has a professional and positive attitude; Enjoys working as part of a team; Has an interest in the dental industry
