Deployment Operations Manager (Active Clearance)

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. The Deployments Team manages the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril's hardware and software products worldwide, overseeing forward logistics, site installation, maintenance & repairs, field inventory management, sustainment and reverse logistics. The Deployment Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the processes and execution of deploying Anduril's people and hardware across the globe, overseeing all deployments within a specific business line and partnering with Growth, Engineering, and Technical Operations leads. Based in Washington DC.

Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally across Anduril and develop strong working relationships with the Growth and Technical Operations leads to ensure the successful execution of all deployments; Own and flawlessly execute the Deployment Operations lifecycle of all deployments within your Business Line; Communicate effectively to keep internal and external teams informed using tools such as JIRA, Oracle, Odoo and channels such as Slack, email, and meetings; Create structured plans for each deployment to ensure people and hardware are in the right place at the right time; Problem solve and remove obstacles for the team and internal and external partners; Be a dedicated team player willing to take on any task; Drive continuous improvement of Deployment Operations processes; Guide and mentor a team of Operations & Logistics Associates through deployment coordination and operations

Requirements

5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management, with a focus on international operations; Currently holds an Active Secret Clearance; Must be willing to travel up to 25% (including on short notice)

Active Top Secret Clearance; A background in balancing concurrent complex projects or tasks, preferably in a manufacturing or hardware environment; Relentless mindset to identify, pursue, and engage the right stakeholders; Strong leadership skills, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and balancing personnel workloads; Exceptional communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Proven ability to problem-solve and remove obstacles; Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
