Responsibilities

Hardware inventory management; Equipment imaging; Software installation; Windows 11 upgrades; Rollout equipment; User migration; Hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance; Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware; MFD (Xerox preferably); Windows 10/11 OS; Microsoft Office suite desktop applications; MS365 web applications; SCCM imaging technologies; communication skills
