Digital Marketing Intern

This is a paid internship with the possibility of working on-site or Hybrid at our Medellin Office.

Responsibilities

Work directly under digital marketing strategists to support client work; Help facilitate the development and execution of marketing strategies for real clients; Navigating and working directly on the various ad platforms; Creating campaigns; Pulling and analyzing data; Optimizing ads; Launching new tests; Reporting and analyzing; Data accuracy and completion; Analyzing data and coming up with next steps; New business; Research; Reports; Recommendations; Organization or department resources and processes; Google Drive; Asana boards; Deliverable trackers and sheets; Deck updates and organization; Work across all departments and collaborate with team members agency-wide; Attend regular trainings and cross-channel learning opportunities

Requirements

Strong communication skills (written and verbal); Detail-oriented; Analytical; Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks; Independent but not afraid to ask questions; Interested in learning more about digital marketing
