Dining Room Manager, Specialty Dining

As the Dining Room Manager for Specialty Dining at Fidelity Investments, you will lead the way in crafting an outstanding atmosphere for our guests! You will be managing reservations, coordinating food and beverage service, and ensuring an outstanding ambiance in our signature venues. Your role is pivotal in providing flawless service that leaves a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

Coordinating the daily operations of the front of house team; Handling inventory for front of house sections; Supervising and training the waitstaff team; Managing reservations and communicating dietary restrictions with the culinary team; Reporting on volume of activity and projections

Requirements

A high school degree or equivalent experience is required; Proven experience in an upscale dining environment; Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice to have

College degree; ServSafe Food Certification; CPR Training; TiPS Alcohol Certification
