Director - Novated Leasing & Salary Packaging

Responsibilities

Lead the performance of the Novated Leasing & Salary Packaging business, balancing commercial success with operational excellence; Own the strategy, execution and continuous improvement of the business, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability and outstanding customer outcomes; Drive collaboration across Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, Technology and Finance to achieve shared business objectives; Act as the senior client-facing representative, building trusted relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders; Identify and execute opportunities to strengthen our market position through innovation, partnerships and business development; Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements

Extensive leadership experience within the Novated Leasing & Salary Packaging industry; Proven success driving both commercial performance and operational excellence; A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a focus on growth, innovation and continuous improvement; Experience leading high-performing teams and driving organisational change
