Director of Product, Mobile

We are looking for a visionary, customer-obsessed, and technology-focused product management leader with expertise in building and scaling consumer mobile experiences. As Director of Product, Mobile, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for CLEAR’s mobile app, shaping it from a collection of features into an intelligent, trusted travel companion that helps members prepare, navigate, and recover throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

Establish CLEAR’s Mobile app strategic vision and product roadmap; own the mobile product portfolio end to end; transform the app into an intelligent travel companion; define and deliver proactive, context-aware experiences; extend the app’s value beyond the airport; be accountable for measurable business and customer outcomes; build and lead a high-performing product team; create a durable product operating model; use customer research, analytics, experimentation, rapid prototyping, and member feedback; collaborate closely with cross-functional teams; connect the digital app to the physical airport experience; communicate product strategy, progress, trade-offs, and results

Requirements

10+ years of product management experience; significant experience building and scaling consumer mobile products; proven ability to set an inspiring product vision; demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing product managers or product teams; track record of delivering large-scale mobile app initiatives; strong customer empathy; ability to establish a data-driven culture; experience connecting digital products to physical-world operations; exceptional strategic prioritization, organizational, and execution skills; strong executive communication and influencing skills; growth mindset; high ownership; bias toward action
