Responsibilities

Leading daily operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Concierge, and Telephone Services; Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service and quality standards, leading service recovery efforts, and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally; Overseeing staffing, training, performance management, scheduling, and departmental budgets; Monitoring occupancy, labor costs, and inventory to maximize operational efficiency; Working closely with the General Manager to develop and implement operational policies, monitor financial performance, and drive continuous improvement to achieve guest satisfaction and employee success

Requirements

5–10 years of hotel operations experience, including management; Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills; Knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and guest services; Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and budgeting; Ability to manage teams, resolve issues, and ensure high guest satisfaction

Nice to have

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
