Under the general guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing, the position is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

Providing leadership and direction to the Sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.; Assisting in the development of sales strategies and overseeing the execution of plans and tactics to increase direct revenue across all segments.; Driving revenue growth by developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.; Ensuring revenues meet or exceed budgeted targets to maximize profitability.; Supporting the enhancement of the Resort’s market positioning and overall performance.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales; A university degree in a related field is preferred; Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; Highly responsible and reliable; Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
