Dishwasher & Kitchen Cleaner

Dishwasher & Kitchen Cleaner at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center Westlake, TX. The Steward works in the kitchen and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all dishes, glasses, kitchen equipment and overall kitchen. Also responsible for trash removal from the kitchen.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, glasses, kitchen equipment and overall kitchen; Remove trash from kitchen; Load dishwasher with dirty dishes; Follow proper scraping, sorting, and stacking procedures; Stack and store dishes properly; Clean walls as needed; Inspect and refill paper towels and hand soap; Sweep and mop kitchen; Empty kitchen trash to property dumpster.

Requirements

No experience required. We will train.; Basic Food Safety Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.
