Domestic Customer Service Representative

MicroAire Surgical Instruments, LLC is a fast-growing medical device company seeking a Domestic Customer Service Representative. The role is responsible for proactive and reactive activities pertaining to domestic orders, repair and credit returns, establishing new accounts, and responding to a wide range of inquiries from both customers and sales representatives with exceptional customer service, follow-through and attention to detail.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED; Minimum of two years prior customer service experience required; Good customer service skills; Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook; Ability to multi-task while staying focused under pressure; Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and low error rating; Excellent written communication skills; Ability to handle difficult situations while maintaining or exceeding customer expectations
