Dynamics 365 CE / SCM Support Analyst

Dynamics 365 Support Analyst (CE & Supply Chain Management). I'm currently working with a Not-for-Profit organisation in SW London who are looking to hire a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to support and enhance their enterprise platform, working specifically across Supply Chain Management and elements of CE - NOT FINANCE. This is a hybrid role (2 days on-site) in South West / West London, offering the chance to work across a mission-driven environment where technology directly supports impactful services.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd line support across D365 Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) (core focus), alongside CE and Power Platform; Troubleshoot system/data issues and manage users, roles, and security; Monitor integrations, batch jobs, and workflows to ensure system stability; Support small changes, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives; Assist with release cycles, testing, and environment management; Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners

Requirements

Proven experience supporting D365 CE in a functional capacity; Experience with configuration, support, and incident resolution; Familiarity with ITIL environments

Nice to have

Any exposure to SCM is a bonus; Exposure to Power Platform (desirable)
