Job Summary

Define and develop electric power train relevant vehicle motion features based on market insights and technical analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement key features in VM products.

- Perform research and analysis to identify and evaluate new features
- Analyze and develop powertrain-specific control algorithms for performance, efficiency, and reliability
- Provide technical consultation to various teams
- Support in demonstrating features and resolving issue

Requirements

Major in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Control Theory, Master's degree preferred; 5+ years of professional experience in electric powertrain systems development; Proven experience with electric motor control, power electronics (inverters), and electric power systems; Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and its interaction with the powertrain; Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in cross-functional environments.; With the ability to communicate technical information effectively in English
