Responsibilities

Address employee benefit issues in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; Guide clients through the transaction; Advise on post-closing transition issues

Requirements

Experience in the area of equity and incentive compensation; Well-versed in the securities disclosure rules pertaining to executive compensation; Junior Level (1-3 years); Mid Level (2-5 years); PQE: 1-3 years; 4-6 years
