Find the perfect match - identify employment opportunities for participants with employers; Boost confidence - help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on their new employment with renewed purpose; Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges; Celebrate successes, big and small, with participants; Form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion
