Employment Litigation Associate

We are instructed by a preeminent Employment practice, home to many recognized leading first-chair trial lawyers, looking to bolster their mid-level associate ranks in their San Francisco office. This high-performing diverse group of lawyers advises and defends employers in complex employment claims including wrongful discharge, discrimination, retaliation and harassment, as well as class actions and multidistrict litigation, including disparate treatment, disparate impact and wage and hour class actions. This team also prepares employee and executive contracts, focusing on the protection of trade secrets and the prevention of improper customer and employee solicitations, including trade secrets, covenants not to compete, unfair competition and fiduciary duties.

Responsibilities

Advises and defends employers in complex employment claims including wrongful discharge, discrimination, retaliation and harassment, as well as class actions and multidistrict litigation, including disparate treatment, disparate impact and wage and hour class actions; Prepares employee and executive contracts, focusing on the protection of trade secrets and the prevention of improper customer and employee solicitations, including trade secrets, covenants not to compete, unfair competition and fiduciary duties.
