Engineer - Process

Currently, we are seeking a qualified Process Engineer to work collaboratively with our manufacturing facility in Medford, Wisconsin. This position requires working in a team environment involving production, product development, customer service, and sales personnel. This position is not remote and will require living in the commutable Medford area. Provide engineering support for continuous improvement efforts and new product development with regard to production processes and equipment, including: Process information improvements; Integration of processes across multiple manufacturing facilities; Lean manufacturing applications; Layout design; Material handling improvements; Assist with specification of production equipment; Work with design engineering and production to establish/improve methods and systems regarding window and door manufacturing; Provide additional support as required.

Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in manufacturing discipline; Strong project management skills; Strong organizational skills; Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice to have

Engineering degree (mechanical, manufacturing, or related); Experience in the fenestration industry; Proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD
