Equip Maint Technician

Responsibilities

Carry out setup, handler conversion, repair, and maintenance for test equipment used by Test Manufacturing.; Support Maintenance Engineers in executing improvement projects to enhance handler and test hardware performance.; Provide feedback and perform analysis on test hardware weaknesses to identify improvement opportunities.; Participate in 5S activities and ensure compliance with safety SOPs on the production floor.

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, experience in semiconductor Backend (Final Test), especially with ATE testers and test handlers, is an added advantage.; Able to work ABC 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night).; Good attendance, responsible, and willing to learn.; Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.; Able to work independently and demonstrate innovation in technical tasks.
