Responsibilities

Customer Focus: Take full ownership of both internal and external customer partnership and satisfaction. In & outbound calls with customer to manage service orders and to ensure complete and on time service delivery.; Intervention Coordination & Timely Invoicing: Coordinate with EU teams, customers, technicians, sales, and suppliers, and collaborate with European peers on intervention requests.; Quotation & Contract Management: Manage requests from quotation to invoicing. Coordinate and oversee interventions with subcontractors.

Requirements

Experience in B2B business services; Exceptional proficiency in English, both verbal and written; Strong interpersonal & communication skills for professional customer interaction; Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems & Microsoft Office; A structured, detail-oriented approach with problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid setting
