ERP Senior Manager – Supply Chain & Logistics

The Sr. IT Supply Chain/Logistics Operation Manager leads IT operations, continuous improvement, and roadmap execution for supply chain and logistics systems, with emphasis on EDI, WMS, TMS, inventory planning, integrations, data-driven performance improvement, and reliable business support.

Responsibilities

Manage daily IT operations for supply chain/logistics applications and integrations, including EDI, WMS, TMS, inventory planning, and related systems; Use data, KPIs, dashboards, and automation to improve service quality, reliability, and operational efficiency; Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and drive corrective actions to reduce maintenance tickets and production issues; Partner with business, vendor, and global IT teams to prioritize enhancements and resolve operational challenges; Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–4 IT professionals; Define and maintain the supply chain/logistics IT strategic roadmap, balancing stability, scalability, cost, and business value; Ensure adherence to IT controls, change management, security, documentation, and audit requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years of experience in IT operations, application management, systems integration, or supply chain/logistics technology; Experience with EDI, WMS, TMS, inventory planning, ERP, order management, or related enterprise systems; Proven ability to use data-driven methods to improve reliability, reduce incidents, and increase process efficiency; Strong experience in root cause analysis, incident/problem management, continuous improvement, and stakeholder communication; Experience managing technical teams, vendors, or cross-functional delivery partners; Strong attention to details

Nice to have

Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms; Knowledge of APIs, middleware, EDI standards, message queues, file-based integrations, and monitoring tools; ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, CSCP, CPIM, or related certifications preferred
