We are instructed by the Brussels office of a major international Law firm to find a mid-level EU Regulatory Associate to join their leading Life Sciences practice.

Responsibilities

EU Regulatory affairs; litigation; Commercial matters under the product stewardship umbrella; Navigating Market Authorisations and challenges; R&D and clinical trials; Marketing, advertising and labelling compliance; Supply chain management

Requirements

mid-level Belgian Qualified EU Regulatory lawyer; relevant experience gained from a leading Belgian or international law firm or in-house legal role; strong command of English; fluency in either French or Dutch; PQE 4-6 years or 7+ years
