Evening Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Engineer team at the Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. As the PM Maintenance Engineer, you will perform routine repairs, improvements and preventive maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and systems. You have a keen eye for detail, and respect the importance of health and safety in the workplace. You don’t shy away from physical work and can lift and operate equipment that can weigh up to 50 lbs. Effectively communicating with guests and fellow Team Members is a must. You are also able to properly climb a ladder and able to continuously stand/walk for long periods of time. You have experience in at least one of the following: Drywall; Painting. Your diverse skill set and time management will be a great benefit in this role. Requirements

Experience in at least one of the following: Drywall or Painting; Previous general maintenance and/or contractor work; Ability to lift and operate equipment weighing up to 50 lbs; Ability to properly climb a ladder; Ability to continuously stand/walk for long periods; Effective communication with guests and fellow Team Members; Weekend availability required; Keen eye for detail; Time management skills
