Evening & Weekend Care Assistants – Islington & Nearby Areas. Join MiHomeCare and make a real difference in your community! We’re looking for caring, reliable people to support our service users across Islington, Highbury, Archway, King’s Cross, and surrounding areas. As a Care Professional, you’ll provide essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first. Pay: £14.05/hr (Mon–Sat) | £14.45/hr (Sundays). Full training provided – no experience needed.

Responsibilities

Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming); Medication support (preparation and administration); Meal preparation and mealtime assistance; Mobility and equipment support; Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning); Companionship and emotional support; Encourage social engagement and family connections; Monitor health and report any changes; Maintain accurate documentation; Respond to emergencies safely and effectively; Work collaboratively with families and professionals

Requirements

Genuine compassion and respect for others; Strong communication and listening skills; A positive, can-do attitude (superhero energy encouraged!); Reliability and a caring nature; The right to work in the UK
