Executive Compensation & Benefits Associate / Counsel

We are partnering with two top-tier, highly respected partners at a leading law firm who are looking to add a senior-level associate or counsel to their Executive Compensation & Benefits team in New York. This is a rare chance to join a highly collaborative, high-impact practice that advises public and private companies across diverse industries. The team plays a key role in advising boards, compensation committees, senior leadership, and management teams on complex compensation and benefits issues — both in day-to-day operations and during transformational events, such as: M&A and other corporate transactions (U.S. and cross-border); IPOs and carve-outs; Bankruptcy reorganizations and leadership transitions; Executive employment and severance negotiations; Equity and incentive compensation program design. Responsibilities

Requirements

Senior attorney with a strong background in executive compensation & benefits; PQE: 4-6 years, 7+ years; Experience Level: Senior Level (5-10+ years)
