Responsibilities

Read, check, and manage tickets as they come in—accuracy is your superpower!; Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen looks perfect and matches the order.; Be the friendly face that greets guests as they arrive or move throughout the restaurant.; Support servers by clearing and resetting tables for arriving guests.; Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant area.; Keep service flowing by performing pre-shift prep and maintaining organized server stations.; Collaborate with your teammates from servers, to cooks, to bartenders.; Know the ins and outs of the operation - you’re the eyes and ears of the floor!

Requirements

Previous experience expediting or serving in a high-volume environment; WA Food Handlers Certification; Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits; Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Excellent communication skills
