Responsibilities

Spearhead the day-to-day delivery of cutting-edge SEO, GEO, content and adjacent consulting services; Take a hands-on leadership role, mentoring and developing a growing team of junior SEO specialists; Collaborate across teams to incorporate SEO and GEO practices into broader media strategies; Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go-to leader for all things digital experience; Foster a positive and experimental team culture where new ideas in the SEO space are celebrated and brought to life

Requirements

Experience managing and developing a team, with a genuine passion for coaching and fostering career growth; Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the SEO landscape, from GEO and analytics to reporting and best-practice implementation; Commitment to continuous learning, thriving in environments that prioritise development and mentoring; Comfortable managing client scopes and budgets and keen eye for identifying opportunities to grow business; Confidently present insights in client meetings and build strong collaborative relationships; Maintain high standards and strong operational discipline while building positive and innovative team culture; Inherently curious with an innovation mindset, comfortable ideating with technologies such as AI to improve operations, delivery, and efficiency
