Exterior Professional

Currently our biggest need is someone that can estimate and do exterior repairs such as: Repair and Replace of Siding aluminum, vinyl, Hardie plank, LP; Repair and Replace Fascia and soffit aluminum, wood, LP, Hardy; Bend aluminum for All Trim, fascia, etc. we have a Brake Press; Repair and Replace Trim around windows and doors. Mr. Handyman is known for exceptional service, quality work, and our 'Done Right Promise.'

Responsibilities

Estimate and perform exterior repairs such as repair/replace siding, fascia, soffit, and trim; Bend aluminum for all trim and fascia using a brake press; Complete small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects; Communicate with customers to make recommendations and manage expectations about scope of work and costs; Deliver a great experience that creates lifelong repeat customers; Encourage customers to complete satisfaction surveys; Invoice appropriately, source materials, and collect payment

Requirements

Live within the area; 10+ years’ experience as a paid Exterior Professional; Own your own tools; Be insurable for driving company vehicle; Complete a background and driving record check; Able to lift 50 pounds independently; Able to safely work at heights and overhead for extended periods of time; Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle; Self-manage as you’ll be alone often; Speak with customers and provide excellent customer service while asking for reviews and collecting payments; Have necessary tools, including ability to use technology; Document the job while following the Mr. Handyman Way; Commitment to fulfilling the Mr. Handyman Way; Workmanship that reflects excellence and integrity; Positive attitude; Respect for all people; Enthusiasm and energy in work

Nice to have

Willingness to travel 25%; Experience with home repair and maintenance projects such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall
